Welcome to Observed! By working with us (Observed Pty Ltd, ABN pending), you agree to the terms below. These Terms and Conditions outline the way we work with clients and provide our services.

We provide branding, web design, graphic design, and hosting services, with a focus on creative, sustainable, and tailored solutions for small businesses and startups.
We offer services including (but not limited to):
Web design & development
Branding & visual identity
Graphic design for print and digital
Domain, hosting, and email services (including Microsoft 365)
Website maintenance and support packages
Full details of your specific service will be confirmed in a proposal, quote, or written agreement.
All quotes are valid for 30 days.
A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin most projects.
Final payment is due on completion, prior to project launch or handover.
Late payments may incur a fee and can delay delivery.
We accept direct deposit and may provide other payment methods by arrangement.
We’ll always do our best to meet agreed timelines. We rely on good communication and timely feedback to keep projects moving smoothly.
We include a set number of revisions (outlined in your quote). Additional changes may be billed at our standard hourly rate, which we’ll always communicate upfront.
You agree to:
Provide clear and timely feedback
Supply any required content (text, images, logos) unless otherwise agreed
Make payments on time
Use your website, brand, or content responsibly and legally
If you host with us, we’ll provide fast, secure, Australian-based hosting (with carbon offset included!). You’re responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for any content you upload.
We offer maintenance plans but are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers or software updates unless you’re on a current care plan with us.
All final designs, websites, and brand assets we create for you are yours once full payment is received.
We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
If a project is cancelled by you partway through, you’ll be invoiced for work completed to date. Deposits are generally non-refundable due to time and resources already committed.
We take pride in our work, but can’t guarantee your website or designs will lead to specific business results. We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
